About these Terms

These Terms of Use apply to your use of TSAP Scholarship Hub, a service operated by TSAP Educational Services. By using the Hub or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Hub.

What TSAP Scholarship Hub is

• TSAP Scholarship Hub is a scholarship discovery and information service. It helps you find scholarship opportunities offered by universities, governments, foundations and other organisations.
• TSAP is not the scholarship provider. We do not award scholarships, decide who is eligible, or process applications.
• The Hub is free to use. There are no paid features.

Scholarship information and verification

• We work to keep listings accurate, but scholarship details are set by each provider and can change at any time, sometimes without notice.
• Before applying, you must check the final eligibility rules, deadlines, funding details, application requirements and instructions on the provider's official website. The provider's website always takes priority over information shown on the Hub.
• Listings may be updated, marked as closing soon or closed, archived or removed at any time, including automatically when a deadline passes.

No guarantee of outcomes

TSAP does not guarantee admission to any institution, a scholarship award, funding of any amount, visa approval or any other outcome. All decisions belong to the relevant provider, institution or authority.

External websites and applications

• Applications are completed on providers' own websites, not on TSAP Scholarship Hub.
• Links to external websites are provided for convenience. TSAP does not control and is not responsible for those websites, their availability or content, or their terms and privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Your account

• You can create an account with an email address and password, or sign in with Google.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. If you think someone else has accessed your account, reset your password straight away.
• Please give accurate information when you create your account and set your preferences, so recommendations and alerts work as intended.

Convenience features

• Saved scholarships, scholarship preferences, Recommended Scholarships and email alerts are tools to help you organise your search. They are provided for convenience only.
• A recommendation, match percentage or alert does not mean you are eligible, that a scholarship is still open, or that you will be selected. Always confirm details with the provider.
• Email alerts are sent only when there are new matching scholarships, so you may not receive an email on every scheduled day or week. You can change or turn off alerts on your Preferences page, or unsubscribe using the link in any alert email.

Acceptable use

• Do not abuse, overload or disrupt the Hub, including through scraping or automated access intended to disrupt the service.
• Do not try to bypass security, access controls or administrator-only areas, or access other users' data.
• Do not impersonate another person or organisation, or use the Hub for fraudulent, misleading or unlawful activity.
• Do not interfere with the Hub's operation or with other people's use of it.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Intellectual property

• The TSAP name and branding, the Hub's design and layout, and our original content and materials belong to TSAP Educational Services. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.
• Scholarship provider names, logos and content remain the property of their respective owners, and are used only to identify and describe their opportunities.

Limitation of liability

• The Hub is provided "as is". We do not promise it will always be available, error-free or completely up to date.
• To the extent the law allows, TSAP is not liable for losses arising from your reliance on information on the Hub, missed deadlines, application outcomes, or your use of third-party websites.
• Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes to the service and these Terms

• We may change, pause or discontinue any part of the Hub at any time.
• We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If you keep using the Hub after an update, the updated Terms will apply.
